Lara Ponti is the Vice President of the Ponti Group, the family company that has been producing vinegar for nine generations. Within the group, she has led innovation processes, including generational transition, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives. She is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Amref Health Africa – Italy, and, since 2024, Vice President of Confindustria for Environmental Transition and ESG Goals. She began her career working in the Third Sector as an executive in social cooperatives.
Lara Ponti è Vicepresidente del Gruppo Ponti, l’azienda di famiglia che da nove generazioni produce aceto. Nel gruppo ha sviluppato i processi di innovazione, dal passaggio generazionale, alla trasformazione digitale e sostenibile. Inoltre, è Membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione di Amref Health Africa – Italia, e Vicepresidente di Confindustria alla Transizione Ambientale e agli Obiettivi ESG, dal 2024. Ha iniziato la sua carriera lavorando nel Terzo Settore, come dirigente di cooperative sociali.
