Francesca Rulli is the Founder and CEO of Process Factory and 4sustainability®, and Co-founder of Ympact Società Benefit and YHub. For over 15 years, she has been dedicated to sustainable fashion, fostering the integration of science, technology, and innovation across fashion and luxury supply chains.
She created 4sustainability®, a globally recognized system for ESG performance validation, and collaborates with leading international initiatives such as ZDHC and Monitor for Circular Fashion (SDA Bocconi).
Author of Fashionisti consapevoli. Vademecum della moda sostenibile (D. Flaccovio Editore, 2022) and speaker of the TEDx talk How to Reset Fashion: a New Sustainable Era (2023), since 2025 she has been contributing to Il Fatto Quotidiano with the column Moda e Stile.
Based in Florence, Francesca draws inspiration from her city’s blend of creativity, beauty, and craftsmanship to envision a more responsible and innovative fashion industry.
