Paola Carron is the President of Confindustria Veneto Est, covering the Metropolitan Area of Venice, Padua, Rovigo, and Treviso. She is Vice President of the National Commission for Major Infrastructures and a member of the General Council of Confindustria.
Since 2003, she has held various representative roles within ANCE (National Association of Building Constructors) and Confindustria, at local, regional, and national levels. In 2012, she became the Founder and President of ITS RED Academy. She has also served as Vice President of Confindustria Veneto Est, with responsibility for Construction, Land, and Infrastructure, and as President of ANCE Rovigo Treviso.
Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer of the family business, Carron Group. The Carron Group, composed of Carron S.p.A. and Carron Bau, is among the top twenty companies in Italy for the construction of major civil and infrastructure works and is a national benchmark in both private and public construction sectors. The company’s headquarters are located in San Zenone degli Ezzelini (Treviso).
Paola Carron also serves as the Group’s Sustainability Officer.
Paola Carron è Presidente di Confindustria Veneto Est, Area Metropolitana Venezia Padova Rovigo Treviso. È Vice Presidente della Commissione Nazionale Grandi Infrastrutture, Componente del Consiglio Generale di Confindustria.
Dal 2003 ha ricoperto ruoli associativi in ANCE (Associazione Nazionale Costruttori Edili) e in Confindustria, a livello territoriale, regionale e nazionale. Nel 2012 ha assunto il ruolo di Fondatore e Presidente di ITS RED Academy. È stata Vice Presidente di Confindustria Veneto Est con delega a Edilizia, Territorio e Infrastrutture, Presidente di Ance Rovigo Treviso.
Oggi è Consigliere Delegato dell’impresa di famiglia Carron. Il Gruppo Carron, composto da Carron Spa e Carron Bau, è una delle prime venti società in Italia per la realizzazione di grandi opere civili e infrastrutturali, punto di riferimento nazionale per il comparto delle costruzioni sia in ambito privato che pubblico. Ha sede principale a San Zenone degli Ezzelini (Treviso). Paola Carron è anche Responsabile della Sostenibilità del Gruppo.
