Stefano Festa Marzotto has been active in international apparel and the fashion industry for more than 40 years.
He began his career in 1983 at Belfe, the family company, where he held various roles up to Vice President and CEO.
During his time at Belfe he developed licences and strategic partnerships with brands such as Giorgio Armani, Chanel and others.
From 2009 to 2023 he was CEO of FBS, a company of the Miles group dedicated to managing high-end clients. He is now head of the Outerwear division of Miles Manifattura S.p.A.
Over the years he has held various institutional positions at Sistema Moda Italia and its affiliated associations.
He has been a member of the IAF Executive Committee for 10 years and is its President for the 2026-2027 term.
Stefano Festa Marzotto è attivo nel mondo dell’abbigliamento internazionale e nell’industria della moda da più di 40 anni.
Ha cominciato la sua carriera nel 1983 in Belfe, azienda di famiglia, dove ha ricoperto vari ruoli fino a vicepresidente e CEO.
Durante il periodo in Belfe ha sviluppato licenze e partnership strategiche con brand quali Giorgio Armani, Chanel e altri.
Dal 2009 al 2023 è stato CEO di FBS, società del gruppo Miles, per la gestione di clienti di alta gamma. Oggi è responsabile della divisione Outerwear di Miles Manifattura S.p.A.
Nel corso degli anni ha ricoperto vari incarichi istituzionali presso Sistema Moda Italia e le sue consociate.
Fa parte del comitato esecutivo di IAF da 10 anni e per il mandato 2026-2027 ne è il presidente in carica.
