Maria Raffaella Caprioglio joined Umana in 1998, became Vice President in 2007 and has been President since 2012.
She is a member of the General Council of Confindustria, as well as of its Education Technical Group and its Labour and Industrial Relations Technical Group.
She is also a member of the Presidency Council of Confindustria Veneto Est and of the General Councils of Confindustria Verona, Confindustria Genova, Unione Industriale Pisana and Assolombarda, where she also sits on the Board of the Innovation Services Group. She is a member of the Tertiary Sector Boards of many other territorial associations of the Confindustria system.
She is a member of the Council and of the Executive Board of the Venice Rovigo Chamber of Commerce and President of its Special Agency Opportunità e Mercati.
She sits on the Board of Directors of Certottica Scrl, is a member of the Steering Council of the Fondazione Venezia Capitale Mondiale della Sostenibilità and sits on the Board of ITS Digital Academy Mario Volpato.
Maria Raffaella Caprioglio nel 1998 entra in Umana, nel 2007 ne diventa Vice Presidente e, dal 2012, Presidente.
È membro del Consiglio Generale di Confindustria nonché componente del Gruppo Tecnico Education e del Gruppo Tecnico Lavoro e Relazioni Industriali.
È altresì componente del Consiglio di Presidenza di Confindustria Veneto Est e dei Consigli Generali di Confindustria Verona, Confindustria Genova, dell’Unione Industriale Pisana nonché di Assolombarda; per quest’ultima è inoltre membro del Consiglio direttivo del Gruppo Innovation Services. È altresì membro di Consigli Direttivi del Terziario di numerose altre territoriali del Sistema Confindustria.
È inoltre membro del Consiglio e della Giunta della CCIAA di Venezia Rovigo e Presidente dell’Azienda Speciale Opportunità e Mercati.
Siede nel Consiglio di Amministrazione di Certottica Scrl, ed è componente del Consiglio di Indirizzo della Fondazione Venezia Capitale Mondiale della Sostenibilità nonché nel CdA dell’ITS Digital Academy Mario Volpato.
