Luca Sburlati is the Chief Executive Officer and a minority shareholder of Pattern. Since the company’s listing on the Euronext Growth segment in 2019, the Pattern Group has embarked on an acquisition strategy, integrating 12 companies across 8 different Italian regions, thereby creating the first Italian Hub for Luxury Design and Production, which in 2024 exceeded €125 million in revenue.
He previously worked within the Azimut-Benetti Group as CEO of the Atlantis brand and gained managerial experience in HR and Training at major international companies.
For over 20 years, he has held various positions within Confindustria, including Vice President for Innovation for SMEs at the Unione Industriali di Torino, where he currently serves as a member of the General Council and Coordinator of the Lifestyle supply chain.
As of 2025, he is the National President of Confindustria Moda for the 2025–2029 term.
Luca Sburlati è Amministratore Delegato e azionista di minoranza di Pattern. Dal 2019, con la quotazione in Borsa sul segmento Euronext Growth, il Gruppo Pattern ha avviato un percorso di acquisizioni, integrando 12 aziende in 8 diverse regioni italiane, creando il primo Polo Italiano della Progettazione e Produzione di Lusso, che nel 2024 ha superato i 125 milioni di euro di fatturato.
In passato ha lavorato nel gruppo Azimut-Benetti come CEO del marchio Atlantis e ha maturato esperienze direttive nell’ambito HR/Training in importanti aziende internazionali.
Da oltre 20 anni ricopre ruoli confindustriali, tra cui la Vicepresidenza con delega all’innovazione per le PMI dell’Unione Industriali di Torino, di cui è attualmente membro del Consiglio Generale e Coordinatore della filiera Lifestyle.
Dal 2025 è Presidente nazionale di Confindustria Moda per il quadriennio 2025-2029.
